My mission and desire are to help people discover how yoga can bring health, happiness and purpose to their lives. I believe that life challenges can be overcome by a positive attitude which I try to cultivate in my teaching.
The balance is the key to what yoga offers, the balance and connection between mind, body and spirit.
A weekly regular class based on traditional Hatha (Kripalu) yoga and it is ideal for beginners and adaptable to everyone. Each class (enhanced by music) is a complete 90 minutes experience, including centring, warm-ups, yoga postures and relaxation – with focus on the healthy spine/back.

When many of us busy with everyday life, yoga is a way of finding that well deserved “me time”, and with practice comes a greater sense of awareness as we learn to listen to our body.
As every organ and system of the body is connected to the spine, it is very important to maintain its health. Yoga helps to strengthen and relax muscles, reduces the risk of pain, and increases blood flow.
Join me for this gentle Hatha Yoga Class, which places equal importance on mental, emotional and physical well-being.
The class is 60 minutes (including short meditation,warm-up, yoga poses and relaxation),where we focus on the back and the spine.
The class is beneficial for general health but is not a substitute for medical attention.

Through the breath, poses, creative movement and relaxation, yoga can improve both the physical and mental health of children. Yoga builds strength, improves flexibility, balance and focus.
Along with breathing exercises and calming relaxation time yoga can help to develop resilience, reduce stress and alleviate anxiety.
Mommy and Me yoga class allows you and your little one to create a stronger bond while gaining important physical and mental benefits.
Children often have a natural curiosity at this age, making it a perfect time to introduce this lifelong activity.
