My mission and desire are to help people discover how yoga can bring health, happiness and purpose to their lives. I believe that life challenges can be overcome by a positive attitude which I try to cultivate in my teaching.
The balance is the key to what yoga offers, the balance and connection between mind, body and spirit.
A weekly regular class based on traditional Hatha (Kripalu) yoga and it is ideal for beginners and adaptable to everyone. Each class (enhanced by music) is a complete 90 minutes experience, including centring, warm-ups, yoga postures and relaxation – with focus on the healthy spine/back.

yoga help children?
Through the breath, poses, creative movement and relaxation, yoga can improve both the physical and mental health of children. Yoga builds strength, improves flexibility, balance and focus.
Along with breathing exercises and calming relaxation time yoga can help to develop resilience, reduce stress and alleviate anxiety.
