This is a weekly regular class based on traditional Hatha (Kripalu) yoga and it is ideal for beginners and adaptable to everyone. Each class (enhanced by music) is a complete 90 minutes experience, including centring, warm-ups, yoga postures and relaxation – with focus on the healthy spine/back.

Yoga is best practised on an empty stomach. Do drink water, both before and after your practice in order to keep your body well hydrated.
