Hatha Yoga Classes

Above all Hatha Yoga also helps the practitioner cope with stress, relieve tension, and deal with depression and anxiety. It also helps focus the mind in preparation for meditation and, ultimately, in the quest for Liberation.

Kripalu Yoga comprises networking of the body, mind and energy in the system. In all of us there is a subtle flow of rhythmic, energy pulsations. We call it prana, or vital force. Even the littlest thought of seemingly no consequence can upset or impede this flow of energy. In the bargain it creates a disparity in the system often resulting in even disease. Every physical act goes with and is strongly impacted by mental and emotional conditions. The awareness of this is the basis of the more subtle aspect of the practice.

These include physical poses, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation.

 All Yoga practices work on the muscular-skeletal systems plus the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, nervous and other systems. Regular practice of yoga has proven to bestow physical benefits on the practitioner. These include lowered anxiety, stress and blood pressure levels, and greater relaxation, flexibility, strength. As well as, endurance, and energy levels, the list can go on and on.

The practice of Kripalu Yoga that employs the body as a vehicle to access the spirit, has intense effects on the mind and emotions not to mention the physical body. As mental and emotional disturbances melt away, sensational amounts of vital energy is released. This affects healing. A practice of this profundity has far more potential than you can expect from any other type of physical discipline.

I am Hajnalka and MintYoga is my personal brand what I set up to teach Traditional Hatha Yoga.

Teaching yoga for me is a complete joy, and I am learning every day from the people who come to my classes.They are my inspiration. I have lived in the United Sates for 9 years, where I met the deeper level of yoga, and graduated as a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
But my connection to the European culture brought me back to Budapest, where I was teaching many classes until I moved to England. Now I am setting up my classes in Bournemouth, in this beautiful city by the sea, and invite you to continue this journey with me.
